Daisy Amiibo

Daisy is the Princess of Sarasaland, originally introduced in Super Mario Land (1989 Game Boy) as a one-game Princess-substitute when Peach wasn't available. She's been a Mario-spinoff regular since (Mario Party, Mario Tennis, Mario Kart). Her Smash Ultimate inclusion (2018) gave Sarasaland's princess a Smash slot, and the moveset was deliberately built as a Peach-clone with one subtle differentiation: same Toad-counter, same Peach-Bomber, same vegetable-pull-projectiles, but with slightly-different physics-and-frame-data profile.

Daisy was widely considered an unnecessary roster slot at launch because the differentiation from Peach was so subtle. The amiibo released April 12, 2019.

She pairs with Peach, Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Wario, and the rest of the Mario-line Smash cluster. Most Mario-fans-who-Smash own this figure because the dual-Princess-pairing (Peach + Daisy) holds on to both Mario-line royal-characters. Don't start breaking up the princesses.
