About Mii Brawler amiibo
Mii Brawler is one of three Mii Fighter variants (Brawler, Swordfighter, Gunner) introduced in Smash 4 (2014). Players create their own Mii character (Nintendo's avatar-system from Wii / 3DS / Switch), assign them to one of three Mii Fighter classes, and customize the moveset by selecting from multiple per-class special-moves. The Brawler is the franchise's hand-to-hand-combat archetype: martial-arts melee attacks, no projectiles, fast attack-speed. The amiibo released January 22, 2016.
Most Smash figures hold on to specific characters; the Mii Fighter figures keep customization itself. That's a different category of commemoration.
In Smash Ultimate his FP trains with the customizable Brawler-class options: multiple-input neutral-special variants, multiple-input side-special variants, multiple-input up-special-recovery variants. The moveset-customization adds a meta-game layer most Smash fighters don't have.
He pairs with Mii Swordfighter and Mii Gunner (the Mii Fighter trio).
