Daruk - Goron Champion Amiibo

Daruk's amiibo is the figure of BotW's most physically-affectionate Champion. Daruk is the Goron warrior, the pilot of Divine Beast Vah Rudania, and the Champion who greets Link in flashback by hugging him hard enough that other Champions wince. His character beat is that he's the franchise's most-emotionally-open Goron (the Goron tribe is generally the franchise's stoic-warrior race; Daruk breaks that mold). The amiibo released November 10, 2017 as part of the four-Champion BotW wave alongside Mipha, Revali, and Urbosa.

The figure: bright-orange-and-tan Goron body, the broad-bladed Boulder Breaker greatsword over his shoulder, the big-friendly-Goron stance.

He pairs with Mipha, Revali, and Urbosa as the four-Champion cluster.

Daruk's Protection is one of BotW's most-used defensive abilities. But get this amiibo to remind you of the Goron whose reaction to anything difficult is to hug it harder.
