Link - Rider Amiibo

Link Rider is BotW Link mounted on his horse (named whatever the player named it during the Wild Horse capture sequence at Stable 1), the standard 'I am riding to a Shrine I haven't found yet' pose. The amiibo released June 23, 2017 alongside Link Archer and the Guardian as the three-figure BotW launch wave.

The figure is one of the larger Zelda-line amiibos because the horse takes up most of the base. The horse sculpt is detailed: harness, mane, everything.

He pairs with Link Archer, the Guardian, the four-Champion cluster, and the broader Link-character cluster. Most BotW players named their first horse something embarrassing. The figure is the small reminder of that embarrassing horse name.
