Yunobo Amiibo

Yunobo is the Goron Sage of Fire in Tears of the Kingdom (2023), a descendant of Daruk (the BotW Goron Champion). His character beat is that BotW Yunobo was the franchise's most-cowardly Goron (a young Goron struggling with anxiety who reluctantly helps Link with the Vah Rudania boss fight), and TotK Yunobo opens with him being mind-controlled by the Yiga Clan into running an exploitative Goron-mining operation. The Goron-village storyline is TotK's most-emotionally-loaded regional arc. Link has to defeat possessed-Yunobo and then re-recruit him as a Sage. The amiibo released April 12, 2023.

Tap him on TotK to grant Yunobo's Charge, the Sage ability that lets Link unleash a rolling Goron-style charge that breaks rocks and damages enemies. Yunobo's Charge is the franchise's most physically-violent Sage ability.

He pairs with Tulin, Sidon, Riju, and Mineru's Construct as the five-Sage TotK cluster.
