Captain Falcon Amiibo

Captain Falcon is the protagonist of the F-Zero franchise (1990 SNES onward), Nintendo's racing-game series where the player pilots futuristic hover-cars across high-speed circuits. F-Zero itself has been dormant since the GameCube-era (2003 F-Zero GX), but Captain Falcon's Smash inclusion has been continuous since the original Smash (1999), which has kept the character culturally-relevant despite the franchise's mainline absence. Where's the sequel, Nintendo? WHERE?

The Falcon Punch is the franchise's most-substantial Smash-derived cultural impact, period. The Captain Falcon up-and-yelling 'FALCON PUNCH' before delivering a charged-up finishing attack became one of the most recognized memes across the entire Smash community.

In Smash Ultimate he trains with the Falcon Punch neutral-special, Raptor Boost side-special, Falcon Kick down-special, and Falcon Dive recovery. His moves all hit hard but commit hard, which means his spacing-and-timing matters more than most fighters.
